The direction from the Javorová valley to the valley Bielej Vody is recommended , because of the long walk through the Javorová valley mainly. The second part of the trail, the descent through valleys Bielych plies and Siedmych prameňov offers relax and refreshment opportunities on chalets it passes by. It is possible to hike the opposite direction as well or to hike the saddle and return the same way.
 

We start in Tatranská Javorina the trail signed and to the bridge next to the water station, where the trail runs south direction to valleys Javorová and Zadná Javorová through the saddle Sedielko to the Malá Studená valley.

Our trail runs east direction to Zadné Meďodoly. It goes through the valley on the south side of the Belianské Tatras, with summits: Muráň (1 890 m n.m.), behind it Nový (1 999 m n.m.), Havran (2 151,5 m n.m.), Ždiarska vidla (2 142 m n.m.) a v závere Hlúpy (2 061 m n.m.). The brook Meďodolský potok flows in the valley. We hike to the Kopské saddle (3:00).

From the saddle we climb soft to the Predné Kopské saddle (1 780 m n.m.), and hike down to the valley Bielych plies. By the mountain lake Veľké Biele pleso we hit the cross road with the trail Tatranská Magistrála leading to the chalet Chata pri Zelenom plese (1:00), the trail runs through the valley Kežmarskej Bielej vody to Tatranské Matliare and the trail runs through the valley Siedmych prameňov to Tatranská Kotlina.

From the cross road we continue the trail through the valley Kežmarskej Bielej vody. The ridge of the Belianske Tatras is situated on the left: Zadné Jatky (2 020 m n.m.) with the cave Kamzičia jaskyňa closed for tourists, Predné Jatky (1 950 m n.m.), Košiare (2 012 m n.m.), Bujačí vrch (1 947 m n.m.) and outstanding Skalné vráta (1 620 m n.m.). We walk down to the chalet Plesnivec (1 290 m n.m.) located on the southeast side of the peak Bujačí vrch (1:45).

From the chalet Plesnivec we walk comfortable through the valley Siedmych prameňov to the crossroad, where the trail from Kežmarské Žľaby to Tatranská Kotlina (1:20) joins.
