We walk the trail from Podbanské to the cross road between valleys Tichá and Kôprová (30min).

At the cross road the trail turns to the Kôprová valley. We hike the trail to the longest valley in Tatras - Tichá dolina (16km). We walk the asphalt road 12km - the bike road also. The ridge of the peak Hladký štít (2 066 m n.m.) divides valleys Tichá and Kôprová - Liptovské kopy. Peaks Červené vrchycreate the Slovak-Polish border on the north. Under Červené vrchy the valley Tomanová dolina is situated with the trail to the saddle Tomanové sedlo (1 686 m n.m.) now closed for public. We get to the crossroad pod Tomanovou (1 164 m n.m.) after 3 hours.

The 15min walk leads to the crossroad pod Kasprovým (1 265 m n.m.)where the trail continues to the saddle Suché sedlo (1 955 m n.m.) and the peak Kasprov vrch (1 985 m n.m.). The end station of the cable car from the Polish side is built on the summit (1:30).

To return we take the same way.
